Since PLN is not limited by geography, I can communicate with professionals and teams from different backgrounds, participate in more group activities, and have different perspectives and ideas that will enhance my ability to solve professional problems. I think it has helped my professional development and expanded my network.

Through social media and PLN, I can showcase my professional skills and experience. Also, I can show my leadership and influence through various online activities and communities as a way to increase my visibility and influence.
